1. Initial Inquiry & Communication
  • We typically receive inquiries through this website or directly via email/social media.
  • We will respond within 24 hours through email to answer your questions and confirm availability.
  • Once you are ready to book, we move to the next step.

2. Booking & Contract
Within our system, we create a new client profile and start a project.  We will create a custom proposal that includes:
  • The photography package
  • An online contract to sign electronically
  • A payment schedule or full invoice
  • You review the documents and return them electronically signed —right from your phone or computer.
  • The session fee can also be paid by phone or computer.

3. Session Prep
You will receive a pre-session guide via email, which will include:
  • Style and outfit suggestions
  • Location recommendations
  • FAQs and tips for the shoot
  • You also confirm session details (time, location, weather plan).

HOW IT WORKS

4. The Session
The portrait session takes place, usually lasting around 1 hour for individuals and up to 2 hours for couples or families.
I will guide you throughout, keeping things natural, relaxed, and fun.

5. Editing & Delivery
After the shoot, I will cull and edit the photos.
Once the edits are ready (typically within 2 weeks), they will be uploaded to an online gallery customized for you.

6. Gallery Launch & Follow-Up
You will receive an email with a personalized link to your gallery.
From the gallery you can:
  • Download high-res or web-sized images
  • Share the gallery with friends/family
  • Order prints directly from the gallery
  • Optionally, you follow up with a thank-you note or request for a review/testimonial.
